Plastic Cleaning Kayak/Catamaran

This project is based on an exploration under the theme "Nature & Sport". It works on the water pollution problem, produced by plastics and solid waste. Through research upon already existing projects, references in nature and kayak design parameters, this project proposes a concept design that involves the kayaking sport practice and how to collaborate with a partial solution to a problem affecting the water resources all around the world. This Project was developed as part of the Masters Degree in Product Design at ELISAVA Escuela Universitaria de Diseño e Ingenieria de Barcelona and was nominated for the ELISAVA PROFESSIONAL EDITION AWARDS.
